Because we are closely associated with a major European business school, EM-LYON Business School, business education is, for us, both a priority and a means of connection with the wider world of business. Corporate governance can evolve in the right direction only if all actors in the field, from business students to experienced board members, are made aware of the stakes, as well as the practices, of corporate governance.

 Graduate courses

Open to all students registered in both M. Sc. and Specialized Masters programs at EM LYON, these courses propose a comprehensive introduction to the practice of corporate governance in firms of today.

 MBA courses and firm seminars

Available to participants in the International MBA Program of EM-LYON Business School, elective courses are built upon the academic and pedagogical work of the IFGE's associate professors, who are experts in their respective fields (compensation, board processes, shareholder activism...).

For corporate partners, the IFGE proposes educational seminars designed for directors and executives. These educational programs can lead to the granting of the Institute's certificate, the first of its kind granted by a top French business school.

 Doctoral programs

Postgraduates and beginning researchers are welcome to join one of the IFGE research projects which will provide them with a space in which to enhance and develop their own doctoral research, under the guidance of a professor with substantial experience in the student's own field of research.
