For centuries, companies have been at the heart of western society.
They are the engine that pulls forward today's global world
that is resolutely focused on economic questions.
How can these firms be efficiently governed in such a way as to both
ensure their development and limit risks?
With more than twenty researchers working with its unique database,
the IFGE (French Corporate Governance Institute) is one of Europe's
main corporate governance research centers.
It is also a space for a broader dialogue
with society.
Since 2002, research efforts are structured around four
projects.
IFGE is a research center of EM-LYON Business School.
