Korine from the London Business School, the paper entitled "Democracy and the evolution of Corporate Governance" in Corporate Governance: An International Review, 13, 6, 2005, pp. 739-752 led Cambridge University Press to publish the book Entrepreneurs and Democracy in 2008.
