Professeur à EM LYON. Il travaille sur les alliances stratégiques, la concurrence multipoints, les groupes stratégiques et les fusions-acquisitions. Chercheur associé à l’IFGE, il a en charge l'administration générale des bases de données et le développement de l'axe "Dirigeants et administrateurs". Ses travaux portent sur l'analyse systématique des trajectoires de dirigeants et d'administrateurs depuis 2000.
