Benjamin Pavageau is currently a researcher and PhD student in management and organization sciences and conducts research in the GRACE on the theme: “The role of giving in the development of the identity of the leader.” This research is conducted in partnership and with the support of Turning Point, CapitalDon and Pierre Goursat University Institute.
Benjamin has previously created and directed the Master in Management of solidarity at Ircom, where he continues to teach ethics, leadership and career counseling courses.
Before driving a humanitarian mission in Cameroon and Nigeria, he was a consultant in the Bernard Julhiet group for implementations of e-learning systems in large groups, as well as co-creator of a communications agency.
