Chittima SILBERZAHN

Chittima Silberzahn is currently a PhD candidate at EMLYON Business School. Her thesis focuses on motivation on decision making of CEOs when approaching retirement.
Before joining the PhD program, she had worked in the Strategic Planning department of the third largest bank in Thailand. In France, she had worked as a research associate at INSEAD.
