Publié en décembre 2009, le code de gouvernance MiddleNext a pour vocation de proposer aux entreprises cotées moyennes et petites des recommandations fondées sur une gouvernance “raisonnable” et compatibles avec leur taille, leur structure de capital et leur histoire.

Pierre-Yves Gomez was a speaker at the 17 March 2008 seminar entitled “Institutionalist stances on CSR” featured in the ANR 2006-2010 programme “Perspectives for a CSR-driven regulatory framework” coordinated by Julienne Brabet (Paris XII University – Management Research Institute; IRG).
