Publié en décembre 2009, le code de gouvernance MiddleNext a pour vocation de proposer aux entreprises cotées moyennes et petites des recommandations fondées sur une gouvernance « raisonnable » et compatibles avec leur taille, leur structure de capital et leur histoire.

EMLYON debated with three other elite grandes écoles: INSEAD, HEC, & the Essec. Pierre-Yves GOMEZ discoursed on « governance in social economics as a paradigm shift ».
Pierre-Yves Gomez was a speaker at the 17 March 2008 seminar entitled « Institutionalist stances on CSR » featured in the ANR 2006-2010 programme « Perspectives for a CSR-driven regulatory framework » coordinated by Julienne Brabet (Paris XII University – Management Research Institute; IRG).
